How long will it take to hear back from customer support?

Our team typically responds to inquiries within 2-3 business days.

How can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly and changes or cancellations can only be made if we have not fulfilled the order yet. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Due to the nature of personal care products and for hygiene reasons, there will be no returns or refunds. All sales are final. We offer Exchanges ONLY when the wrong item has been received or if you received a defective product. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us above.
